North Swindon MP Justin Tomlinson attended the premier of the new cinema room for residents at the Ridgway Rise Care Home.
After walkng the red-carpet Justin was shown the new screen and plush seating for residents, who were just getting ready for the first showing.
Justin Tomlinson MP said “This fantastic facility is a huge boost for Ridgeway Rise, allowing them to show a wide range of movies in a well-furnished and comfortable surroundings.”
As part of the day's events, residents and staff were dressed to impress as they enjoyed drinks,canapés and a disco.
The event was also great opportunity to celebrate the staff's success in the Great British care awards - which was a well earned testament to the fantastic work and care given by Ridgeway rise.
