Justin Tomlinson MP has met with James McNeillie, the South West Regional Director of Ofsted, to talk about the brilliant improvement to Swindon’s Schools in recent years.
Justin visits local schools very regularly and was keen to showcase the wonderful work that staff across Swindon do each day to support local youngsters.
The discussion included providing support for local schools when they have Ofsted inspections, sharing best practise amongst local schools, and recognising the improvements that have been made.
Justin commented, “visiting and supporting local schools has always been one of my top priorities, and making sure all the hard work from staff and pupils is recognised is very important. Particularly when some of our schools have received national recognition. I’ll continue to support our incredible teachers, teaching assistants and all of those who work in schools.”
